How can I change the parameters (away_temp, sleep_temp; home_temp; eco_Themp) again after creating them?

I have tried the following.

• deleted config
• Restarted HA
• Deleted entities
• HA restarted
• Configuration recreated (with new parameters)
• HA restarted

And still I do not get my values suggested during the selection.
What am I doing wrong? I have searched the open issues and all discussions.
I have commented out "eco_temp: 5" in the code and restarted and it is still there.

I have changed the name of the entity so that I get a new entity created. The eco_Themp config is accepted there.
But I can't use a new name every time I change a value.
