Handling tiles along antimeridian #4

Tiles crossing the antimeridian contain two polygon features in the KML:

I guess during conversion one of them was lost in these cases.

KML Feature Count: 56686
Features written to layer 'features' of new fgb file: 56984 (according to ogr2ogr debug output)

= 298 additional features from the antimeridian tiles??
