Windows is not case-sensitive, so spelling includes and libraries in the wrong case doesn't do anything. But it's problematic when one tries to cross-compile from Linux.
I had to fix following includes:
#include <Windows.h> -> #include <windows.h>
#include <WinSock2.h> -> #include <winsock2.h>
And library names for CMake:
Rpcrt4 -> rpcrt4
Crypt32 -> crypt32
Secur32 -> secur32
