A request for write permission in the shared directory has been made, will move the files once write permission has been granted.

The first release candidate has been placed in the shared directory. Will close this issue once Selma has been tested on TSD by someone other than me.

Selma has been tested by David with the unsplit Coriell files, I count that as success, I'm closing this issue and calling Selma release 1 official.
