require('bcdice-js') is too slow!!!

Perfomance improved by 840b97e.

Result of informal experiment.

experiment execution time (before) exectution time (improved)
test (jest) 28,344 ms 8,834 ms (x3.21 faster)
SW2.0 "K20" roll on Chrome 3,090 ms 41.85 ms (x73.84 faster)
