原先各个 package 的 README 都移到了 doc/v1 里，转而统一介绍 farrow，很影响使用。我昨天想使用 farrow-schema，但 https://www.npmjs.com/package/farrow-schema 不会介绍任何有关 farrow-schema 的内容，现在的文档站上也没有 farrow-schema 的内容，找了很久发现要么看旧版本 https://www.npmjs.com/package/farrow-schema/v/1.12.1 ，要么点 README 里的 doc/v1 入口

文档挪到 farrowjs.com 域名里了，可以访问 https://www.farrowjs.com/docs/api/general/farrow-schema 查看 farrow-schema.

后续我们会再优化一下各个 packages 的 README，提供一些快捷链接跳转
