There is not a plugin for that right now. We get feature requests all the time. You can add your voice here and describe your use case - that helps the firebase team keep aware of what the community is looking for and prioritize new features. |
Is it possible to create a wrapper for it myself and use it in Unity? |
I am also wondering about integrate with Performance for Unity too or writing our own wrapper for this. |
After successfully implementing such wrapper, unfortunately I have to ditch Firebase Performance altogether. It was working correctly (although I had to do all operations on a background thread, since calling Java methods took around 1ms) but It was causing crash on Android. Hi @buihuuloc, There's nothing to announce at this time, but we're aware that there are people want this. If anything changes we'll make an official announcement. |

+1. We already use Firebase services with Unity and would love to have Performance Monitoring plugin as well. |
+1 Was going to update our Firebase integration and noticed performance monitoring is not officially available yet. :( |

We're all developers here, so let's realize that a critical part of building any successful app is making the hard tradeoffs and decisions about where to focus your engineering efforts. Building at Google scale naturally complicates the entire process as well. Locking this thread to prevent further ETA requests. The Unity gurus will update when there is news. |
Is there a plugin available to enable performance monitoring for the Unity Firebase Plugin? I see the guide for iOS and Android here: https://firebase.google.com/docs/perf-mon/ but unable to find or confirm a Unity plugin is in the works / available.
Is this something known / in progress by the Firebase team?
