Describe the bug

The data manager tool form shows a selector for bundle / populate which needs a label. Help would also be nice.

Wondering how to reach the dry-run mode.

Galaxy Version and/or server at which you observed the bug
Galaxy Version: 24.0

To Reproduce

Open any data manager

Expected behavior

Label shown
