The problem is that, I need to use quit large parameters, i.e m = 40000+.
so I was thinking to dump the FHEcontext and FHESecKey to file,
and reload them from the file to save the setting time. But I got a problem
on initialise the dummy FHEcontext. Say, the FHEcontext I dumped into the file
has parameters m = 444417, L = 50. So the dummy FHEcontext I need to set in my
CPP file also need to set to have the same parameters, right?

I was thinking that, since I have dumped what I need totally to the file, I can easy reconstruct these
instances .
