Plot expression of two genes against each other #60

For gene expression plot I seem to get expression for the same gene plotted on both axes. Do I need to define a second gene table to plot expression of two genes against each other? I don't find this very intuitive; at the very least needs explanation.

This should be done via the xygene branch merged yesterday, so I'm closing this.
