Tested and works flawlessly both with and without docker.

Description
Setting the option for AutoLogin (Skip login if single user) to ON (TRUE) causes the web interface not to load in any browser. PyLoad-NG itself starts up and doesn't seem to produce an error (using Linuxserver.io's docker container on unraid)
Debug log
Additional references
Simply editing the cfg file and changing the autologin bool from False to True will cause the failure. Likewise changing it back allows the webUI to work again.
Screenshots
Ignore port # as it's a docker re-allocation - it doesn't make a difference when it's 8000.
