When a fatal PHP error occurs before login, some bookmark text is shown at the top of the error page, such as "Showing 15 bookmarks (both private and shared)".

While we do try to catch all these failure modes anyway, we should not show this odd text on an error page.

Note that this report is about the bookmark text specifically, not the Twig cache error that is shown in the error message.
