https://www.phpmyadmin.net/downloads/#stable
the text of downloaded links startswith /downloads/ , example:

/downloads/phpMyAdmin-latest-all-languages.zip

which also happen in Syndication links:
https://www.phpmyadmin.net/about-website/#syndicate

while the other download links on the download page don't contain the parent folder name in it, such as in:
https://www.phpmyadmin.net/downloads/#devel
