$ cd path/to/Lobster
$ make
$ cd ./Demo
$ bundle exec pod install
$ open Demo.xcworkspace

You need to place GoogleService-Info.plist into Lobster/Demo/Demo.
Also, You have to set bundle identifiher demo.lobster.
