Why sponsor me?

I help maintain Conda Forge and Bioconda packages, with a specialty in the R ecosystem. I also help solve Conda/Mamba problems on StackOverflow (user: merv) and promote best practices there.

Who am I?

I am a postdoctoral researcher in Ana Cvejic's group at University of Copenhagen. In my PhD I developed bioinformatics pipelines to analyze and better understand the parts of mRNA's that don't get translated into proteins. I previously worked at Weill Cornell Medicine as a teaching assistant and instructor in the analysis of sequencing data, where I emphasized reproducible research practices.
