Describe the bug

The coal produced by obliterator is not affected by "itemStackMultiplier“” in the config.

To Reproduce

Steps for the devs to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the config file enable the [items] section and set itemStackMultiplier to 100
  2. Put something in the obliterator and pull the leaver
  3. Collect the coal when you do not have other coal stack in the inventory from the obliterator
  4. The coal is 50 per stack rather than 100 per stach as it should be as the itemStackMultiplier should double the stack size

Expected behavior
when itemStackMultiplier is set to 100, the stack size should be 100
