In istqborg/istqb_product_base#85, enabling eagerCache improved compilation speed by 25%. We may want to reenable eagerCache by default by reverting commit 4557093 and mentioning the speed-up in the documentation.

After this ticket has been closed, istqborg/istqb_product_base@60f8714 can be reverted.
