It would be nice if some users could point and click to navigate, select, and open files similar to a regular GUI file browser. Keyboard bindings are the ideal to learn, but I feel this would lower the barrier to using the terminal to a lot of people, and hopefully they would start learning keyboard bindings over time (especially since some keyboard usage to e.g. delete/move selected files would still be necessary).
It would also be nice if this didn't conflict with tmux mouse mode.
