Use firebase cloud messaging Http V1 api on Server

When using the private key of the app service account, the firewall attempts to allow the three addresses (accounts.google.com, oauth2.googleapis.com, www.googleapis.com) specified in the key.
Please tell me the IP and PORT number corresponding to each address.
If you cannot disclose it for security reasons, please reply with a detailed explanation.

Please elaborate how you are using the V1 api: Are you using the Admin SDK, the REST API or?

If the former, what version of said SDK are you using?
