Key Responsibilities
Handling day to day accounting by following the US related compliance
Monthly tax payments and compliances to take care any non-compliances
Coordination with US CPA for proper compliances and system improvements
Prepare monthly and quarterly US GAAP financial statements including cash flow statement
Assist with preparing annual US GAAP financial statements and footnotes disclosures
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly flux reports at the FS level view
Assist with lender compliance reporting and the presentation of non-GAAP measures included in the quarterly and annual reports
Address ad-hoc reporting requests from other functions within the organization
Coordinate and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process
Assist with company's interim and annual external audit requests
Accounting research and documentation for non-standard transactions and new accounting pronouncements
Project wise monitoring for cash flow and GM tracking
Assist in India reporting & amp audits for the US entity
Any other task assigned by the reporting manager/Department head
