Mysore School of Architecture (MSA) is the first standalone college of Architecture in Mysore City. MSA offers the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) course, recognized by the Council of Architecture (COA), New Delhi. Established in 2014, MSA provides its students with a congenial atmosphere to progress and enrich their knowledge in the field of Architecture.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Mysore School of Architecture. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching architectural courses, conducting research, supervising student projects, and providing academic guidance. They will also be involved in curriculum development, committee work, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Experience in teaching architectural courses
Strong knowledge of architectural principles and practices
Ability to conduct research and publish scholarly work
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
Familiarity with software tools used in architectural design
Experience in architectural practice is a plus
