Creative Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Creative Head - Design to join our dynamic team. As the Creative Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling designs that captivate and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership:
• Provide creative direction and vision for all design projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and concept development.
• Team Management:
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the design team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Design Strategy:
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with clients' marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
• Ensure consistency and brand adherence across all design work.
• Project Execution:
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to final deliverables.
• Review and approve design work to ensure quality and alignment with client briefs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Client Engagement:
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their design needs.
• Present design concepts and solutions to clients, incorporating feedback.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Manage design budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth project execution.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct quality checks on design assets to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues as they arise.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Typically, 7-10 years or more of experience in creative roles within marketing, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing creative teams and leading the development of marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in creating effective marketing materials and campaigns that drive results.
• Experience working with marketing technology tools and platforms, including marketing automation, analytics, and content management systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
• Experience in building and nurturing a creative culture within the organization.
  
  

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a similar discipline. Some positions may require a master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior design, advertising, or Martech experience.
