Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Project Management:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Client Relations:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing client guides and managing client expectations.
- Ability to gather and respond to client feedback effectively.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Proficiency in data consolidation, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM for managing client data.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Experience in handling reconciliation activities for accounts and transactions.
- Ability to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting to maintain client trust.
- Team Coordination:
- Ability to conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams to expedite issue resolution.
- Strong coordination skills to maintain the flow of information within the team and with clients.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, operations management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing SLAs, client documentation, and internal coordination.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Tools and Technologies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (advantageous).
