Job Description

Develop and implement a brand customer service and inflight experience through a range of materials and across all key touchpoints with the customer. * Act as brand guardian ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications, and throughout the customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

Proven work experience of at least 5 years in a similar senior marketing role. * Experience in a high-end, luxury goods market

Relevant business degree, preferably an MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing.
