Developing and implementing growth strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Identifying new customer segments, developing new products and services, and expanding into new markets.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and drive growth including - users, partners, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition, engagement rates, conversion rates, and retention.
Preparing reports / dashboards & analyzing data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
Must haves
Work from office: based out of Bangalore / willing to relocate
Prior experience in leading & executing growth related initiatives in similar industries / startups.
Prior experience in managing growth related stakeholders & partners
Basic understanding of stock markets / stock brokers / fintech industry
Good to have
Active trader or investor
Prior experience at a startup (in a similar role) is a huge plus
Highly active / significant following on - Twitter / Instagram
