About the role:
As an Sr Manager - Sourcing, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring availability of the products, entire Sourcing process improvement and Product Availability.
Role will include:
Maintain and streamline orders from order placement to delivery.
Ensure OTIF for all Orders.
Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
Establishing professional relationships with vendors.
Will lead overall development and management of panel vendors.
Managing the existing vendors. • Adding new vendors.
Should have good knowledge of the panel business.
Getting new products developed as needed by the category and design team.
Knowledge of Import ecosystem a plus.

The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.

Good Verbal & Communication Skills.
