Paulus, vulgo Pavel Filip (natus in oppido Pănășești pagi Strășeni die 10 Aprilis 1966), alumnus Instituti Polytechnici Chisinau et Instituti Gestionis Internationalis in eadem urbe, est negotiator et politicus Moldaviae. A die 14 Ianuarii 2011 minister communicationis meruit sub primis ministris successivis Georgio Leancă, Cyrillo Gaburici, Natalia Gherman, Valerio Streleț, Georgio Brega. Quo demissionem suam proferente, Filip ipse primus minister iussu praesidis Nicolai Timofti promotus die 20 Ianuarii 2016 in hoc officium a parlamento Moldavico rite confirmatus est.
