Why is there no general property for 'place of origin'?
editI originally thought that the specificity of the property to Switzerland was an error that someone introduced, but it appears upon reading further that this property is intended to be so. I found the property looking for a P-number to associate with the 'place of origin' for musical groups.
- That's just an odd concept that is translated as "place of origin" in English. I'm not sure it would work for other things. We do have "country of origin", "ancestral home", and, for organizations, "headquarter location" and a few more. Not sure what would work for you. If not, it's just that you haven't proposed it yet.
