Antero de Quintal

I have moved the vandal account to Vandal account 001 and created a dummy account under Antero de Quintal to prevent further impersonation, but the section "Previous global account changes" on Special:CentralAuth still says I've locked Antero de Quintal (the old username of JMagalhães) as «Vandalism-only account», even though the only account that is in fact locked is Vandal account 001. @Ajraddatz:, @MarcoAurelio: what should we do now? Probably because the centralauth log does not update with renames. The Antero de Quintal account is not locked. Maybe we should ask at Phab that Special:Log/globalauth should also update when renaming an account. —MarcoAurelio 09:52, 8 July 2017 (UTC)
I suggest that after renaming a user, future anonymous users should not be able to create an account using the old username, unless if "it would be marked as available" while renaming or similar, or if it would be created by a registered, autoconfirmed user.
