If I have to explain in detail, my username was Göktan (Ş)ahin until 1 week ago. Then, when I accidentally changed my username to Pecevax edulena, I received an e-mail stating that I could not change it within six months, even though I wrote to the authorities for the username change again. Afterwards, I wanted to open a new account with the username Göktan (S)ahin in order not to wait 6 months. However, the system detected the same IP address and saved the account with the user name Göktan (S)ahin on the account with the username Pecavax edulena, to which I wrote this reply.
