From the discussion of these coats of arms in the Commons, it seems, this user does not accept the basic principles of Wikipedia and believes that Wikipedia is a space to promote the wikipedians' own fantasies or wishes. It does not seem appropriate to me for such a person to be the sysop of a small language version of Wikipedia. This page is monitored by global sysops and stewards for simple requests for deletion or blocking on wikis with no active administrators. It is an alternative option available to using IRC to make a quick request. Please do not use this page for controversial requests; this is intended to be a venue for quick cleanup of GS-wikis.
