Narrative

As a developer, I want to develop special features for Media Viewer, so users can get more benefits (e.g. Zoom, DjaVu book support, etc).

Acceptance Criteria

We would like to make it easy for developers to add new features to Media Viewer.

Will add more specifics later. There should be a way to curate these features, so that someone cannot make the tool worse than it is.

Developer docs for all classes
Dependency injection for different classes
Further refactoring so littler bits can get overridden at a time
