Description

I cannot add lexemes in the Chukchi and Dagbani languages.

They already appear in monolingual codes, but it still doesn't work for adding lexemes.

Am I doing something incorrectly, or is it a bug?

Currently you need to use "mis" as language code, or alternatively mis-x-Qxxxxx.

And what are the languages for which it's possible to use real codes? Languages in Names.php? Something else?

All the languages supported by MediaWiki’s Language class (which are the same ones as you can use in terms, i. e. labels/descriptions/aliases), plus the special language code mis, plus six Romansh language codes from T210293, but not other monolingual text language codes (source A, B).
