Clock gadget adds itself to user menu dropdown in Vector (Gadget-UTCLiveClock.js)

Description

The new desktop improvements user menu adds everything inside the user icon, including the clock that is added via gadget and is used to purge. This clock should go outside, or have the option to go outside, so number of clics are minimized.

For me it's also scaled down to about half the size and aligned to the right.

The issue here actually lies with the gadget which inserts itself into the menu. It does this on the assumption that it's not a dropdown.

Timeless and Minerva have the same problem
