Feature summary
An ability to disable/enable MobileFrontend Editor Overlay through (mobile) preferences and wiki config, including based on namespace or content model (like VisualEditor).

Use case(s)
The editor overlay does not provide any essential functions for editing (in fact, it's disabled on non-wikitext content type pages by default), so there is no reason to force users to use it.
The overlay might also conflict with other custom editor extensions.
Currently there is no way to change what content models or namespaces the Editor Overlay is enabled in, actually I think it's not possible to toggle it at all, other than by editing skin.json (attributes["MobileFrontend"]["EditorAvailableSkins"]).
