What happens?:

A couldn't make a citation for you error appears.

What should have happened instead?:

An automatic citation should have been generated.

I tried using the citation endpoint (https://en.wikipedia.org/api/rest_v1/#/Citation/getCitation) and a 404 "not found" error is returned by Citoid. Maybe Reuters is blocking our queries?
