It's disappointing to see the decline in quality, with repetitive answers and a blatant disregard for user experience. The team behind Perplexity seems more interested in deterring users to maximize profits, rather than providing a valuable service. Their approach is truly underwhelming. In contrast, I highly recommend Phind, which embodies the ideals that Perplexity falls short of achieving.

Edit: the problem is fixed but it still happens every so often. The app was great for the months that I've had it but now it's basically unusable because the AI forgets context the very next message after you say something, making conversations and follow up research essentially impossible. I'm not sure if it's a bug or a flag system but it's basically made the app useless for me so I'm probably going to cancel my subscription until it works again
