Terrible service. Delivery fees are the most expensive among competitors, while also being absolutely deceiving. When you order the delivery time changes to almost twice the amount of what was indicated. Got my order canceled once tidya and the other one delayed by like 1.5 hours. I couldn't even return my money because in the system my order registered as being currently delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll switch to other apps, thank you.

Bugged, waiting on all steps 1 minute loading, even on opening. Asked for my prefilled address every. Single. Time. Edit: The app is now much faster, so that was fixed. But demanding location services to be on is nonsense, since the address is present (it's prefilled). But I have to verify every time that I didn't move to a new place, which is stupid. There should be an option at least to disable this.

Hello, please make sure that you downloaded the newest app version. If you are logged in, you need to save your address before you place an order. The location services need to be on as well. We hope that next time will the app work without any problems. Have a nice day, Dáme jídlo Team

The new version of the application is confusing, especially related to the delivery/pickup option. When looking at a specific restaurant, the menu is hard to oversee. The items are too big. And my customer service experience was very bad: the lady was absolutely unhelpful and apart from replying she cannot do anything, there was no attempt to help.
