WhatsApp is an excellent app for communication, offering top-notch performance and reliability. It's my go-to app for staying in touch with friends and family. However, I've encountered a frustrating issue that prevents me from giving it a full 5 stars. Whenever I upload a video status, the quality is significantly reduced, resulting in poor video quality. I hope the developers can fix this bug soon, as it's the only thing holding me back from fully enjoying the app, Despite this, it's good app.

When sending an audio, It seems to bug out a lot. Especially when you hit send. It's like there is a lag between eating send and the message actually sending. And sometimes when you're sending an audio and speaking, it's actually typing the message inside the chat box at the same time. Also can't hear audio msgs out loud anymore. Only when you put the phone to your ear. Using a Google pixel handset. This app seems to be getting worse by the day. Don't even get me started on the AI stuff!!

I've been using this app for nearly a decade, and though some new useful features have been introduced throughout the years, some other features have been limited or gotten worse altogether. I remember being able to record and share lengthy videos (of 6+ minutes at some point). Then that got reduced to about 2 minutes, and now, to only 1 min and 40 seconds. But if you reach the time limit, it gets super buggy and it won't let you send the video!!

What's new

• You can now edit messages up to 15 minutes after sending. Long press a message and choose ‘Edit’ to get started.
• Group chats show the profile photos of their participants.
These features will roll out over the coming weeks. Thanks for using WhatsApp!
