I enjoy the way this program is set up, and the flexibility in each section. I like the accountability, the ease of use, the various tricks and tools, and most of the features. However, on the latest update they lost of the read-along feature for the lessons. You can now only pick to read it yourself, or have it read to you, instead of the read along option. I miss that option very much, and hope they reintroduce it in future updates. The lessons are not as enjoyable without this feature.

I really enjoy the program and its approach to mindful eating. The app itself is relatively easy to use. My only disappointment is the search tool for food categories/colors. Contradictory entries make food tracking confusing. For example, a vanilla latte is listed as "green, yellow, or orange," depending on what nutrition information was entered by a user. If there was a "Noom recommendation" listed first, I would feel more sure of tracking.

I have the paid version, which I was hesitant about. The lessons are thoughtful but encouraging. I like the categories for food because it doesn't say foods are good or bad. It just suggests how much of each you should be eating. As someone who has struggled with weight her whole life (and tried other "diets" lifestyle changes and tracking apps). This is the only thing that has started to work.
