Fed up with this app. Just want to take a quick reading but it requires an account , then your password, and you can't set a simple password due to complexity rules. Then the password reminder emails take too long, don't turn up or have expired. It's just irritating that they haven't got basic UX sorted to take a quick reading without an account or login and the ability to set a simple pin. And you have no choice but to give up your data to them.

Unnecessarily complex. The constant need to dismiss multiple screens before I can even use the $130 device that I've purchased gets old extremely quickly. I understand that you have a product to sell. I don't mind that you display a screen when the app is started. Multiple screens every time you do anything is just a terrible user experience.

If I could give it a zero I would. It fails to connect 95% of the time! I have the 6L. When you do need it, it won't work. Not able to connect the Omron evolv monitor either which I purchase specifically because it was supposed to be compatible with the app. More frustrating than it's worth. 2024 update: FYI, nothing got resolved previously. Heart issues started up again in 2024 and do you think I can get the dang thing to work when it's needed? Fat nope. As far as I'm concerned it's garbage.
