Crypt of the NecroDancer

I love this game! After 30+ hours on PC, I found out about the mobile version. So far, I've encountered only one small bug and that is when you spam to skip the intro, it sometimes gets stuck, but after restarting the app it's fine. When it comes to gameplay, it's challenging (sometimes even frustrating) but if you've enjoyed games like Osu! or Geometry Dash, I bet you'll like this one. Edit: Alright, this game gas just reset for me, please do some bugfixes and enable cloud save.

This port used to work and was pretty good, until when it just stopped playing sound effects entirely. The game got more difficult for a stupid reason because I can't hear what's happening, only the music. I stopped playing once that bug started hoping they'd patch it. Its been a while and now, I don't know what the hell happened but I can't even launch the game at all, it just gets stuck in the loading screen and the game doesn't launch. It's unfortunate because this used to be a good game.

Sorry to tank this review, but whoever decided to design the on screen d-pads as black translucent on a black background should be ashamed. Why isn't it contrasted with adjustable oppacity (and colour)? I thought that was standard on mobile games nowadays. Don't get me wrong, this game is amazing, but the controls are a deal breaker. Sure with a controller connected, it's awesome, but I bought this to play on the go, without any extra equipment. Otherwise I would play it on a switch or at home.
