(An update)Dedicated daily user of the app for 4 years. Am grateful the ability to download podcasts has been fixed. The home page technically has all you need with a daily suggested practice and a variety of meditations timed throughout the day, along with recent podcasts, favorites and your recent practices. The "singles" page is still a bit overwhelming - maybe too many choices and colors? Miss being able to reset and start a course again and arrange them. Customer service is always helpful.

Unequivocally the best app of its kind and the best value for your dollar. The library of guided meditations is diverse, instructive, and removes the barrier of sifting through to find a meditation that feels right. They're all excellent, and I can always find one to suit what I need in the moment. Access to the podcast library is such a valuable inclusion, too - the added sense of community and enrichment helps solidify the habit of practice. Thank you TPH team!

Professional, effective and has so much variety that I use this throughout the day on my commute, to go for a walk, to go to sleep, to shake off anxiety and to learn. Endless options for whatever the situation you want to be in... Or don't want to be in! Downloads great for travel with a subscription and to avoid commercials. My favorite app, hands down.
