Have used this app for several months now. Was working fine till recently. In the last couple weeks I've been getting what I suspect is alerts from other people's cameras? I get the alert but when I go into he app it shows nothing. Sent a message through feedback. * June 25th, 2024,. This issue has long since been resolved. The app now works very well. No issues.*

I'm being asked to rate this based on my experience with it from my phone. S23 Ultra. Accessing the application and the canera feeds within are quick and generally work. Now the issues come in at pan control, and replay. Slow pan, and SD replay that stutters and freezes within seconds of replay. This makes checking footage while away from the area very difficult. While panning the camera it will pass your desired stopping point, then again when attempting to correct it. You have to time it..

overall experience is okay The only problem is if the internet goes out you have to go to the camera and physically reset every single time which is kind of annoying. please add into the menu the network settings The camera should automatically reconnect once the internet is back up again and it doesn't So it's just a pain to have to keep going back to the camera and resetting and scanning the barcode, etc it's very time-consuming
