Ever since adding profiles Crunchyroll has become, without a doubt, the best streaming platform for anime. Despite being the best out there it still has a couple issues. Not all shows have their dubbed versions, this could be due to some contracts etc but it is still slightly disappointing. They do have a skip intro feature, which works very well, but it is by no means on all shows. I have it is mostly on the more popular shows. Despite that Crunchyroll still has the largest collection. 10/10

I've been using Crunchyroll on and off over the last few years, often switching between the free and paid memberships. Crunchyroll has a great selection of anime so when I heard that there had been a major redesign, I was hoping that many of the problems I had in the past would have been fixed. Unfortunately, the main problem remains; the app repeatedly crashes due to not being able to connect to the servers. Sometimes it resumes without any more issues, other times it continues to crash

Re-downloaded Crunchyroll to watch anime, which I do every now and then, but not regularly. This service is unusable at this point. I get ads every 4 minutes, where they show 7-8 ads à 15-30 seconds each. It makes the content un-watchable. It also glitches sometimes and shows 5 second of content before showing ads again. I'm uninstalling, I don't see the point of having a free version if you can't use it.
