Very very late delivery! Takes long time items stuck somewhere in transit. No proper tracking. Many items still didn't arrive since beginning of April. Understand if it's 1 or 2, but not 26pcs. Will NOT use this App anymore!

Hi David! Such a shame that your orders are taking longer than expected. It may happen occasionally because of the local postal services' or customs' overload, flight delays, etc. We'd be really grateful if you could wait just a bit longer and if your orders do not arrive by the time the non-delivery warranty starts, we'll refund your money!

Cancellation available ONLY for 2 hours after the order (although Refund is very quick!), instead of TOO late delivery over 1 month. Example, even if I ordered summer clothes in spring, I would possibly get in autumn... Otherwise, millions of freaky items are unique and exciting for lots of fun!

I really really really wish I could give this app minus 5 stars I have oder 6 items & 4 out of the 6 items is not the same quality in the pictures I have email & ask how do I return the item because I couldn't find the refund/returned option & I get no help I delete my account not worth buying from really regret using this app

Hello! So sorry to know that your orders didn't meet your expectations! If such a thing happens, you need to contact our support team at support@joom.com within the quality warranty period and request a refund. Once the quality issue is verified, we give your money back. As simple as that!
