Simple effective app. Seems sparse no real complaints. Feels at times as though it's missing some information but that might just be false expectations. Not sure if it can alert at 10% & 90% discharge/charge to prolong battery life. That is something that distinguishes excellent devices/apps from just the good or very good. A bit slow to begin & operate but it seems to work without hiccup. Extraordinary sound from device so the ordinariness of the app almost makes it look below par- it's not.

The Sleep A20 app needs improvement. I understand the headphones' memory only allows 4 sounds, but I don't get why I must delete existing combinations to add new ones. Sometimes I have to remove combinations I like to add new ones to my library. Users should be able to create and save all combinations on the phone and transfer only 4 to the headphones. This way, a sound can be changed without deleting it, always keeping a copy in the library. This would be the correct way for the app to work.

Exceptional so far. Had them since March of this year for my trip to Japan. Love them. I haven't set up all the features yet (lazy) but the app makes setting the headphones up easy. Loads fast, doesn't crash, and explains all the settings pretty well. I have another set of earbuds by soundcore but not compatible with the app since they are older. Recommend giving them a try; especially if you have a big trip coming up.
