Hello, I'm having some issues with the app. There is a rare glitch going on that sabotages your gameplay; you're in the middle of a match when suddenly, your controllers stop working, and you can't shoot, nor die, or even leave the match because all the buttons along with the menu included are locked.. and you're stuck in this spectator mode. Nobody can even see you.

An excellent game that I have been playing since 2014-2015. I'm glad that the developers have fixed many problems with purchasing weapons: before it was simply impossible to buy weapons due to high prices. Now you can buy absolutely any weapon for coins, which have also become easier to knock out. But there are other problems that greatly hinder the game: event weapons sometimes have an imbalance, or are not adapted to certain modes and maps. However, the game has still gotten better!

I played this game in 2016 and basically had everything maxed out. I played it all the way up to 2019 then quit. I downloaded it again, but my account got deleted. I even have the achievements from 2016 to prove that i beat the game. All my hard work and hours of grinding for the best weapons, gear, and background accessories, all gone. It really disappoints me that I am being forced to start over.
