I received water notifications throughout the day when I first downloaded 2 weeks ago but now I only receive one when I open the app to start a workout. I also set a reminder to workout but I never received a notification for that either. Had those 2 things worked, I may have given it 4 or 5 stars.

I really like this app because it's simple to understand and use. I've tried sooo many apps that I use once and loose interest, but this one I've been using for a few months am still motivated! You can chose different categories for different results and can preview all the stretches and exactly how to do them! There is a brief rest period between stretches where it tells you what position to get into.

Issues: 1) Stretch exercises are too difficult even on easy level. They show some stratches which unprepared person like me can't do even close. I'm afraid to know what hard plan would look like then 2) Exercises might be too long, and then you get multiple similar ones in a row, like two for hands, etc. As a result, your hands can barely do the first one since 1.5 min or something is quite a lot, and then you get the next one, which is also for hands. Appreciate people in instruction videos

Hi! You can make your easy plan even easier by clicking on three sticks icon, you can also create your plan. You can shorten the time of the exercise by changing "Time Flow Rate" which exists both in settings and the rest page by clicking on the pen icon. Last but not least we'd like to state that the exercise are prepared by experts in the field.
