There's little ability to edit the workouts. Some exercises I can do with ease but some others I'm not as flexible as the person in the video. Plus you can go back and add exercises you did on a previous day if you forget to include them with you workout. For example, some days I would walk 3 miles instead of working out. But I forgot to add that to my workout plan and after the day pasted, I couldn’t go back and add it.

Hi! We received your feedback and will consider optimizing the relative workout editing feature in the future. Besides, you can manually add previous workouts by following these steps: Go to the "Progress" page, click on "Add activities manually," select the workout, then choose the desired date by clicking the "Date" section in the right corner.🌹

Just getting into exercising regularly for the first time in decades. Each workout feels doable and I like having a goal date to work towards. Exercises are easy to understand and are shown from multiple angles. You preview the next exercise before each one. Happy with the app so far. Even if I don't make my goal weight I will be proud for doing it consistently

Just downloaded this app and browsed through a bit. It seems high quality and very easy to follow. I can see where some might feel like it's a bait and switch. App use is free but you must "X" out of all the screens that ask you to subscribe. However, time will tell. I will update if I discover otherwise.
